Development Director – job opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional individual to play a lead role in the next phase of development for Arts Well, a social enterprise developing creative health across Cornwall and Isles of Scilly.
Arts Well’s founding Director, Jayne Howard, is taking up the role of Creative Health Associates Programme Manager with the National Centre for Creative Health for 4 days a week until the end of September 2024 – details of the programme can be found here
We have created the role of Development Director to pick up many of the Director’s strategic responsibilities. The post holder will benefit from Jayne’s ongoing support on a part-time basis and this will be an excellent opportunity for career development for someone wanting to move into a strategic role.
The post is offered at either 0.6 or 0.8 fte, as we are aware that there may be individuals who would wish to combine the role with other work. We would also welcome applications on a secondment basis from other organisations.
